Oh, Hell...I am already being bombarded by this political committee or that one...all of them oderous and repellent at best. My thoughts are two deep and dark to post, re: "The people in charge." Well, because the current governmental dandys have so convoluted truth..so stolen its purity, so robbed us of this great attribute of American civilazation, I am physically sick. I have to say something or I will puke. What's to be done? It is too late to impeach the lot of them, but that would be the usual action...let's just get them all out of there as quickly as possible so we may get on to becoming once again The United States...with the most caring, dynamic, intelligent peoples on the planet. Need I add that we are also all good-looking ? I woke up this morning and was greeted by a day that belongs to everyone. Cool!

Okay, here's the deal. I am slowly melting---reduced to a puddle of a human remnant by the cloying heat in Austin, Texas. You've heard the Stone's sing "Gimme' Shelter?" Well, "Gimme Shelter from the Swelter," I say. We were doing nicely for a month or two. Rain every day...cool evenings, wonderous mornings, pitter patter...and I don't mean little feet...then it all went to hell, as is usual here in the center of the Lone Star state. 99 and rising, with humidity that would make Miami seem like a dust bowl.  It is so hot, the dogs are melting on the sidewalks...the ferrets are shredding themselves to pieces trying to shed their fur coats...only the cats survive. They just lie there on the couch, much like pillows that eat. Nothing seems to bother them...maybe that's why they live nine lives...

Okay, here's the deal. I stand corrected, kinda, sorta'...there were actually only 19  9/11 hijackers (one was arrested before the event). And of that 19, 15 were Saudis. One Lebanese, Two from UAR, 1 from Egypt.

It is my guess that the four non-Saudis pretty much agreed with the manifesto of the 15, or they would not have taken the plane to begin with. I have nothing against Egyptians, Saudies, et al, it is just so obvious they were making a statement against us and the house of Saud...the corrupt folks, in their minds...the pampered Princes of the house of Saud are the pals of this administration...their people? No civil rights, no equal opportunity, no freedoms so to speak....indescriminate torture, greed, lust, power...but, then..what else is new?

I have already moved on, anyway. I am now just so turned off by much of the news...what the hell is wrong with us that we stand for things like dog-fighting to take place...and Michael Vick...gimme' a break. Anyone, anyone who suggests that training an animal of any kind---dog, chicken, bull, etc, to attack and kill under the guise of "sport" is seriously bankrupt as a human being. Thank God a number of our protest letters got through to Nike and other sponsors...come on, I'm a tough guy...been one all of my life...Korean Vet, football, track,  marathon runner...Hollywood stuntman for forty years, so I'm not going for the limp lie that "cruelty" is sport. It is not!!! Nor is it entertainment. It is an abomination and affront to all that is civilized, intelligent, and most importantly, loving. Trust me. Did something beautiful happen today? Yeah, you awoke. Enough said.

Dear Mindsay friends and not so friendly---here's the deal according to the Gar/Bear---hey, its just my take, Ok?

All twenty of the original suicide bombers of 9/11 were Saudis. So, why attack Iraq? In my opinion, besides stupidity, greed, and a mis-placed macho desire to please dear old dad, Georgie invaded Iraq to protect the Saudi Princes. Please, hear me out...Saddam was a direct threat to Saudi Arabia and their oilfields (see Kuwait). Bush-Chaney used lies and prevarication to justify an invasion the American people would not have otherwise supported. Of course bin Laden saw the House of Saud as the enemy of his bloody version of radical Islam...as he should. Thus, by removing Saddam from power under the pretext of stopping al Qaeda, Bush-Chaney could support what they saw as the main bulwark against radical Islam in the middle east (The House of Saud). As a result of the indescriminate killing by the U.S. war machine, al Qaeda is now stronger than ever. The irate families of our wounded and dead warriors want to know why their loved ones were sacrificed on the altar of "patriotism", when in reality, as I see it, they died to protect the thoroughly corrupt Princes of Saud.

The Afghahn campaign was necessary. The Iraq war was un-necessary and avoidable. Ten years of American bombing left Iraq an impotent sand-pit. Saddam Insane was keeping the lid on the sectarian hatred just fine, at much less cost of human life than Bush Babie's War. During the Iraq-Iran war in the 1980's, we used Iraque as a proxy to fight radical Iranian Muslims without the loss of American lives. We still do the same thing in Isreal. Now, we are losing Americans and slaughtering civilains (many, many children)

just to serve a Bush-Chaney agenda...which was sold to the American electorate with lies and dissembling...

Besides all of the above...we have turned our back on friends and foes alike with pompous posturing, also ignoring our own good citizens, their well-being, their freedoms, and their genuine concerns about a country

devided by these two dumb-clucks and their followers.

Fu.k 'em, I say...I want my respect back, my humanity, my real courage stolen away by a Bush Baby and a Veep that shoots poorly, always looks like he is chewing on a turd, and I am sure might possibly be a cross-dresser still hiding in the closet... I forget, when was the last time these jerks saw combat?
